We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established business with a great reputation and a market leading solution.

Inheriting and working closely with a portfolio of Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for:

• Executing on an engagement strategy with a view to understanding your clients business objectives, and building a solution to work together to provide support in assiting them achieve their goals.
• Articulating a value proposition that reflects the benefits of the offer and the organisations competitive advantage, and that ultimately increases client engagement.
• Increasing engagement with the platform from within your portfolio of clients.

Attributes of the person we're looking for:

• We're hoping to attract individuals who have worked in the Platform space from within the Wealth Management sector. Alternatively, we are also open to Practice Development Managers who understand financial advice.
• Business acumen - individuals who have a track record of working with Financial Advisers, who are curious, and that have a demonstrated ability to better define and articulate the value proposition.
• Individuals who enjoys working with people, building long term relationships, and can influence these interactions to outcomes.
