Overview:

We’re hiring a proactive, adaptable assistant to support multiple startups in various growth phases. This isn’t your average admin gig — it’s for someone hungry to grow, solve problems, and help build something meaningful.

Flexible and able to pivot across sales, admin, marketing, errands — whatever’s needed

Interested in growing from PA → EA → Chief of Staff

Role Details:

Hybrid: some days in the office, some remote, some on the road, at meetings, or in the warehouse or on job sites.

Flexible start/finish times

Resume required; cover letter or short video (preferred)

Must have car and licence

About the Work:

This is a hands-on, do-what-it-takes kind of role. You’ll help multiple businesses by jumping in wherever needed. That could mean:

Calling leads & handling customer care

Scheduling social media posts

Light bookkeeping and admin

Stock prep and warehouse support

Running errands and assisting at events

Occasional light manual labour — nothing crazy, but you might lift boxes, shift stock, or help with setups

In short: if we need help with it, it’s part of the job.

Experience a bonus, but not essential - we value initiative and the ability to learn on the go.
