A rare opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef who will assist our Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team.

We are all an day bistro concept serving brunch, lunch & dinner bistro classics with a modern twist and self-serve dessert bar. We also run a simultaneous Asian fusion specials menu.

We are looking for chefs with:

Experience in a kitchen team of 5 + staff in a high-volume environment.

At least 4 + years of proven kitchen experience.

A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification.

Proven ability to help lead, mentor and motivate a team to achieve high results.

Experience in Grill is a must.

Effective management and sound knowledge of kitchen costs/operations.

Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster (5 day working, a mix of breakfast, lunch or dinner services)
