About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for:
✔ Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
✔ Managing appointments and scheduling efficiently
✔ Handling phone and email inquiries professionally
✔ Processing Medicare and private billing payments
✔ Supporting doctors and healthcare staff with administrative tasks

About You:

Previous experience as a Medical or Specialist Receptionist

Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in medical software and billing systems Best Practice or Gentu Software would be an advantage
A caring and professional attitude towards patients
