Atomic Espresso Café on Mends Street in South Perth is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to run its operations. As Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the café, from customer service to staff management and financial performance. Trading since 2006 Atomic has become a leader in the WA modern café scene. We have a large regular client base and a strong tourism trade in South Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversea daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards

· Manage inventory, ordering and stock control to minimize waste and maximise profitability

· Implement and maintain policies and procedures

· Supervise shifts and ensure outstanding friendly service

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally

· Recruit, train and supervise FOH staff

· Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels meet business needs.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive and professional feedback for staff.

· Monitor and manage budgets including labour, COG’s and operational expenses

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management position in a fast-paced Café environment

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Barista Skills a plus

· Flexibility and understanding that weekends and public holiday work is a necessity

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
