$98,887 - $103,008 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5) + Superannuation

Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (SHRBP) to join our team at Council. As an advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership and employees, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resource initiatives with the organisation's goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to drive meaningful change and contribute to a thriving workplace.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
An experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ability to provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Someone who can act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policy & procedures.
Ability to Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Passionate person with a positive personality to drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Application Criteria
Describe your experience in HR business partnering, particularly in a senior role, your key responsibilities and achievements in the role.
Ability to make informed decisions in complex situations with an example of a HR issue you resolved and the steps that were taken to get the outcome required.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work alongside stakeholders to deliver an outcome-focused culture and provide expert advice.
Proficiency in using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
