About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and customer-focused Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team at King William Road Chiropractic in Unley, SA.

This is a casual position offering up to 30 hours per week, ideal for those looking to work in a positive and supportive environment.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner both over the phone and in person

Scheduling and managing patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner

Handling payment transactions and maintaining accurate financial records

Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns

Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

Maintaining a clean and organised workplace

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Punctuality and reliability

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and billing systems and MS Office

The ability to work independently with a strong sense of self motivation

A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to the chiropractic industry

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and Saturday morning
