Sleep WA: Perth Sleep Disorders Centres is presently seeking a Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to add to our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This position is permanent part time with set shifts of 8.00am to 5.00pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; working closely alongside 2 other receptionists and a small team of scientists and doctors. This position is based on site only in our rooms at the Hollywood Medical Centre (Nedlands).

Experience with using Genie practice management software and/or basic accounts experience using Xero will be highly regarded. This is predominantly an administration role working alongside other medical receptionists to coordinate tasks such as bookings, phone calls and emails. However the clinical administration assistant will also participate in daily cleaning and sterilisation of sleep machine equipment, stock control, retail sales, and hands on support to our team of doctors and sleep scientists.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Front desk duties such as answering & directing phone calls, making bookings, confirming appointments, data entry, greeting patients and triaging emails.

- Cleaning/disinfection of CPAP machines and parts.

- Assist with CPAP stock control including placing and receiving in orders, CPAP parts and equipment sales, regular inventory stocktaking

- Basic invoicing and reconciliation of accounts.

Training and Remuneration:

Although helpful, experience in sleep, respiratory and CPAP is not essential. Training will be provided to the successful applicant. A base hourly rate based on experience will be awarded to the successful candidate. On site parking is available at a reduced rate for staff.
