About the business

Nightlife is a consumer driven service that aims to create flexible supports for people with disability living in their own homes. Our office is based in Heatherton with services provided throughout the Southern Bayside and Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Nightlife's mission is to enable people to live as independently as possible and enjoy an inclusive lifestyle. We operate 7 days a week/365 days a year.

About the role

This role involves the provision of in-home support, community access and personal care to people with disability living within their own homes. Our day time staff commence shifts at Heatherton, as part of our mobile fleet visiting people. Long and short shifts available; choose one to match with your lifestyle.

Available from Monday to Friday

Must be available between 7AM-1PM or 1PM-7PM.

Requirements

Nightlife is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and checks:

Cert III, Cert IV or other relevant qualification (or willingness to attain)

Current driver’s license

WWCC and any required Overseas Police Checks are essential prior to employment.

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Nightlife is a respondent to mandatory health directions for disability workers

Skills and experience

Nightlife/Eclipse is seeking candidates with the following attributes:

Experience working with people with complex behavior

Willingness to learn and work in a variety of environments

Experience with, or a willingness to learn manual handling techniques
