The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Operations Manager to lead our growth initiatives and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in concrete services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base.

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Foster and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Oversee compliance with industry regulations and Australian Standards.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.​Grind & Patch

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in business development and operations management within the construction or concrete services industry.

Strong understanding of concrete grinding, patching, and repair processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable goals.

Familiarity with Australian construction standards and regulations.​
