Work in the commercial, aged care and retirement living and residential housing spaces.
Family run business who have been around for over 10yrs.
Looking for an intermediate to experienced level Estimator to run tenders relatively autonomously.

YOU
Estimator with ideally circa 3-5yrs experience across commercial, health and residential sectors. (must be built-form projects and not manufacturing, civil or single trade specific).
Comfortable doing site measures, producing BOQs, pulling schedules together and generating all relevant tender docs.
Commercial main contractor Estimating experience however if coming from the residential housing sector, must have production estimating experience. (not just sales estimating).
