About the Role

As a Production Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for high-quality custom home projects. Working closely with the construction and design teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring cost control, project efficiency, and alignment with the company’s premium build standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for custom residential projects
• Interpret plans & specifications to produce BOQs
• Liaise with internal teams including drafting, construction, and project coordination to ensure precision and alignment on deliverables
• Maintain up-to-date supplier and subcontractor pricing for accurate forecasting and quoting

About You

• Minimum 2 years of production estimating experience with residential homebuilders (custom/luxury experience highly regarded)
• Proficiency with estimating software, particularly Databuild
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
