Your New Role
You will be our office's backbone, supporting administratively two Senior Executives and ensuring that everything operates smoothly in the office. Reporting to the Company Secretary this role offers variety, exposure, autonomy, and an opportunity to push your administration career along. You will also be responsible for all office management duties.
Please note this a is a 12 month fixed term role, to cover a period of parental leave.
Your typical day will comprise maintaining the office and communal areas, remotely overseeing our Sydney office to ensure it operates efficiently, high level diary coordination and meeting management. You will have ad-hoc duties such as helping arrange our internal activities and providing general administrative support to our Executives and wider the business. You will also be able to broaden your experience and exposure by providing relief support to the Company Secretary.
In addition to being positive, proactive, super-efficient and professional, we are looking for someone who can bring the following skills and attributes to the role:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Highly computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening and note taking
Willingness to take instructions and demonstrate an initiative to learn
Ability to work confidently with others in a team or autonomously
High level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
