About the role

As a Hire Controller at Cassaform', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's equipment rental operations. This full-time position is based in Derrimut, Victoria and will involve overseeing the hire process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and the efficient management of our valuable equipment assets.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the hiring and return of equipment to meet customer requirements
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records of equipment availability, bookings, and returns
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready for hire
• Identify opportunities to improve hire processes and procedures
• Support the sales team by providing timely information on equipment availability
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to optimise equipment utilisation

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or hire/rental coordination role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks
• Proficient in using relevant software and systems to manage equipment and bookings
• A keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and inventory
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to continuously improve processes
• Knowledge of the equipment hire industry, or a related field would be highly regarded
