We are seeking an outstanding Senior HR Advisor to join our clients HR team in the fulfilling not-for-profit sector. The successful candidate will provide key guidance and support across a variety of HR functions, ensuring all staff are well-supported and our values upheld. This role is for a full-time role on a two-year fixed term contract.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known Victorian health organisation with a sole purpose to help people in the community. They are based in Collingwood and have a significant impact on the local community, through the provision of crucial health services. Committed to improving community health and wellbeing, they are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated team, in a newly created role. This position will offer one day work from home post the onboarding process.

Description

• Provide end-to-end HR advice and support to the entire organisation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Assist in the recruitment process for all levels of roles.
• Manage employee relations issues and assist mangers to run a fair process.
• Ensure legal compliance and policies are up to date.
• Promote employee engagement and well being.
• Implement a new HRIS system and personal development opportunities.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR advisor related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level problem-solving skills.
• Experience across a variety of HR functions.
• High levels of empathy.
