About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented HR Advisor to join our growing team, based in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be the go-to for HR support and guidance for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with business leaders, helping them develop HR strategies that align with their goals, values, and unique business needs.

This is a hybrid role (2 days office, 3 days remote) with some in-office time for the first month of employment as part of your induction. We like to make sure you’re feeling part of the team from day one!

What You’ll Do as an HR Advisor

Provide operational guidance on everything from talent acquisition and performance management to employee relations and compliance.

Collaborate with clients to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that match their business objectives.

Manage HR inboxes and admin for your assigned portfolio of clients.

Coach and advise business leaders on people management best practices and effective leadership techniques.

Be the bridge between clients and our internal HR team, ensuring everything is delivered smoothly and on time.

Stay up to date on HR trends, legislation, and best practices—because the world of HR is always changing.

Jump in on some fun Learning & Organisational Development projects to support our clients in a meaningful way.

Skills & Experience

You’ve got experience in an internal HR Officer or HR Advisor role, handling the full employment life cycle.

HRIS management experience (think Employment Hero, IntelliHR, BambooHR, etc.).

You’re a pro at managing multiple stakeholders and client groups—no sweat.

You can chat confidently with C-suite execs or frontline managers—your communication skills are top-notch.

Time management? Check. Attention to detail? Double check.

You know your stuff when it comes to legislation, modern awards (the legal kind, not musical), and HR best practices.

And, you’re not afraid to think outside the box. You bring bold, creative ideas that actually deliver results.
