About the Role:

Based in Melbourne CBD, this HR Advisor role will see you join a growing team, playing a key role in supporting employees and driving people initiatives. As someone who is analytically mined and thrives on process improvement, you will be instrumental in continuously adapting and driving innovative processes to deliver effective outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of policies,procedures, and systems
• Provide a full range of generalist human resources services
• Participate in HR projects
• Research and preparation of documents for review and implementation
• Provide support to the HR Business Partners to manage ER processes
• Implement and maintain accurate reporting, data collation and analysis
• Understand policies and HR best practice to apply practical solutions
• Respond to changing legislative requirements in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HR Advisor, in the Victorian Public Sector, Not -for-profit, higher education, or health-care sectors is highly desirable.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and HR best practices in complex environments
• Adaptability and effectiveness in an agile and dynamic work environment.
• Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
