The Role
Ready to take your revenue expertise to the next level? We are looking for a commercially minded, data-savvy Revenue Manager to lead pricing and revenue strategy across two hotels: Best Western Hobart (141 rooms) and Best Western Launceston (116 rooms).
This isn’t your typical back-office role — you’ll be at the heart of shaping performance across two of Tasmania’s most competitive hotel markets. Armed with data, tools, and sharp market insight, you will unlock revenue potential through dynamic pricing, forecasting, and smarter distribution strategies.
What You will Do
Develop dynamic pricing models that drive demand and revenue.
Forecast with confidence — and accuracy — across both properties.
Optimise channel mix and reduce OTA commission reliance.
Lead rate strategy conversations with GMs, Sales, and Marketing.
Leverage insights and tools (STR, RMS, BI) to stay ahead of the curve.
Own the pace, the pickup, and the profit — with freedom to innovate.
Who You Are
You’re commercially sharp, operationally aware, and thrive on turning insight into impact. You know how to make spreadsheets sing, and your pricing instincts are second to none.
3+ years in revenue management or hotel commercial strategy
Confident across Excel, RMS tools, and OTA systems
Strong communicator with stakeholder management flair
Able to work across multiple sites with independence and impact
Hospitality background (multi-property or regional a bonus)
Why This Role?
Dual-property influence
Tasmanian lifestyle flexibility (Hobart or Launceston base)
Autonomy to build and lead the revenue roadmap
Work with passionate, performance-driven hotel teams
A key strategic role with real measurable impact
Sound like your kind of role?
Let’s make smarter decisions together. Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you’re the revenue talent we need.
