We are seeking an experienced Civil operator who is very proficient on an excavator and comfortable with positrack operations. one of our long standing staff has decided to join the FIFO circuit so we need to replace him ASAP.

We are a small civil subcontractor that completes all manner of civil related works, primarily in the commercial sector; building pads, stormwater, bulk cuts, carparks, drainage, minor concreting and the like.

Majority of our work is from Caloundra to Noosa with the odd job in Gympie and Northern sides of Brisbane.

To join the team you will need:

- 10+ years of excavator experience - competence in all aspects of mid size excavator works - 5T - 14T diggers. some 20T+ experience desirable

- positrack experience

- civil experience with stormwater, drainage, roadbase, import, export

- willing, able and keen to get out of the cab and get involved as needed

- willingness to learn the rest

- able to work unsupervised if needed

- able to liaise with clients and trouble shoot on civil challenges

- able to plan out an approach to the project sequence for works and think through the plan

HR truck licence would also be an advantage.

Trimble GPS experience would be an advantage.
