Strategy & S&OP
• Align capacity, inventory and budget through monthly S&OP.• Optimise network (make-or-buy, 3PL, freight modes) to cut total landed cost.
Procurement & Supplier Management
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs, drive cost-down .
• Maintain approved supplier lists and performance scorecards.
Demand, MRP & Production Planning (SAP B1)
• Convert forecasts into MRP plans; set safety-stock and reorder points.
• Keep master data (items, BOMs, routings) pristine.
Product & Pricing Management
• Build landed costs in SAP B1 Landed Costs module (duty, freight, FX, clearance).
• Translate cost layers into wholesale, distributor and RRP price lists that hit margin targets.
• Own all SAP B1 Price Lists—load increases, promo discounts, currency updates with effective-date control.
• Present margin and competitor analysis.
• Issue price-change comms to sales teams, customers, marketing EDI/website & 3PLs.
Data & Continuous Improvement
• Build live KPI dashboards in Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead CI projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to lift turns, reduce aged stock and cut SC cost % sales.
Risk & Compliance
• Ensure ACL-compliant RRPs, trade-reg approvals, DG and WHS adherence.
• Maintain contingency plans for supply shocks.
People Leadership
• Coach planners, buyers, warehouse & logistics staff; build a safety & CI culture.
