Products include retail digital displays, LED screens, digital menu boards, interactive displays, and outdoor digital displays.

Position Objectives:

Reporting to the Purchasing & Inventory Manager this role assists in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The role is responsible for undertaking purchasing and delivery of goods ensuring that our products and services are delivered according to our Customer promise.

Key Responsibilities are:

· Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to complete ordering, receipt, and distribution of materials and products

· Ensure timely preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain documentation

· Tracking Orders to ensure delivery of goods as required to meet Project timelines

· Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels and highlight to Management any shortages or surpluses

· Assist in the processing of Warranty Claims and Returns Processes for Purchases

· Ensuring goods are appropriately allocated to Projects and are clearly identifiable in Case description and in the Warehouse if held at Seen

· Ensuring timely completion of Sales Order for all Shipped Goods

· General administration activity required to support the above including maintaining process, quality and project files and knowledge base, invoicing, and ordering.

· Provide feedback to the other Seen Teams on support issues and potential product improvements
