Here’s where you come in

If so, you’ll join a fast-paced environment that pushes you to achieve your best as you partner the business to deliver its products and improve its processes.

But you won’t do it alone. You’ll be supported – every step of the way as part of a large, high achieving IT Team.

Your responsibilities, at a glance, will include ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of IT systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations (production environments, quality control laboratories and related service support areas). The role leads the implementation, maintenance and support of these IT systems through the relevant processes (e.g. application portfolio management, configuration management, incident and request management, access management, security management) and maintains the validated state of computerized systems through adherence to GAMP5 guidelines.

You will have demonstrated experience or have an understanding of:

Application Management: Oversee the IT application portfolio, ensuring systems are current, aligned with strategy, and delivering business value. Manage application lifecycles and optimize performance.

Stakeholder & Risk Management: Collaborate with application owners and business units to ensure systems meet user needs, are compliant, and mitigate operational and security risks.

Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional project teams, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Service & Compliance: Implement service management policies (incident, access, and request management). Ensure compliance with GAMP5 and regulatory standards through audits and validation.

Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to drive system adoption and efficiency.

Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Additionally experience working within and enjoying the challenge of a high throughput laboratory will be well regarded.
