Your new role

As the successor to a retiring partner, you will work closely with them to understand and take over their client base. This role offers a unique opportunity to purchase equity in two stages, with full support from all three partners to ensure your successful transition to an equity partnership. You will manage a team of 3-4 accountants, review their work, and handle high-level tasks for clients. Your responsibilities will include direct client interactions, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA qualification with management experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Excellent communication and client skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• High-level technical skills and problem-solving abilities to provide top-notch service.
• A strong desire to purchase equity and become an integral part of the firm's future.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring their growth and development.
