This is a three-month contract opportunity with a high-performing finance team. You'll be joining a reputable, well-known business with a diverse and welcoming culture, and free onsite parking.

The team offers support and training where needed and operates in a dog-friendly office environment.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll be responsible for generating, sending, and following up on invoices that have missed deadlines. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless service and encourage repeat business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day banking and cash receipting, including processing credit card payments.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Review customer credit applications for completeness.
• Assess and seek approval for all new and existing customer credit applications, including conducting credit checks.
• Manage the internal inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

About You

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in Account Receivable or similar roles.
• Intermediate understanding of Excel.
• Experience following up on overdue invoices both via email and calls.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
