They currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Billings Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in the finance team by managing end-to-end billing and reconciliation processes, while contributing to the organisation’s mission through accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating billing for review
• Reconciling payment summaries
• Following up on aged debtor balances and statements
• Processing direct debit payments
• Preparing monthly invoices and statements
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Processing settlement journals
• Maintaining the cashflow spreadsheet
• Assisting with Accounts Payable
• Supporting ad hoc finance projects and tasks as required.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in billing and reconciliations
• Home care billing experience (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with financial systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
