About the role

Woombye Dental Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in Woombye, QLD. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive patient experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and managing the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanour

Scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining accurate records

Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

Assisting with billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients

Supporting the dental team by performing various clerical and organisational duties as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a medical or dental reception role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

A friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude

A commitment to providing high-quality customer service
