Your new role
The Office Manager is a vital part of our team, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our workplace. This dynamic role requires strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative functions to support business operations.
- Maintaining office facilities and resources, ensuring a well-organised and professional workspace.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Managing multiple tasks with efficiency, ensuring smooth workflow and effective problem-solving.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a proactive and culturally aligned individual who is independent, driven, and eager to learn and develop new skills. The right candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Proven experience as an Office/Administration Manager (construction industry experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic financial, budgeting, and HR principles (HR experience desirable).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligence in maintaining systems and processes for operational efficiency.
