Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Per Annum

Full Time (Approx. 38 Hours Per week)

PCS Food Service Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced retail manager who has experience in a similar role, and is able to perform duties as outlined below:

Key Responsibilities

Managing overall store operations, including inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.

Supervising and training staff to enhance customer service and improve efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), and workplace safety regulations.

Planning and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet store targets.

Maintaining financial records, monitoring budgets, and controlling store expenses.

Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.

Developing promotional campaigns and managing in-store marketing activities.

Ensuring store security, preventing theft, and minimizing stock losses.

What Skills and Experience we are looking for

To hit the ground running you will need to demonstrate:

Minimum 1 years of experience or more in retail management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
