About the role

AANDI Lawyers' are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team based in Hawthorn, Victoria.

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers by being our client's first contact with our firm, fact gathering and participating in pre-litigation negotiations.

What you'll be doing

Conducting legal research and legal analysis of facts

Fact gathering and investigations

Organising and maintaining client files and legal records

Client management

Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

Strong academic background with a relevant degree or diploma in law or a related field

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using legal research tools and LEAP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Enthusiasm for the legal profession and a desire to learn and grow
