What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and preparing legal documentation for property transactions and estate matters

Liaising with clients and external parties with professionalism and care

Supporting senior lawyers with file management, research, and admin

Keeping matters moving smoothly and ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout

What We're Looking For:

4+ years' experience as a Paralegal in Property and/or Estate Law

Strong communication skills and an eye for detail

Confident using legal software and comfortable managing matters from start to finish

A proactive mindset and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
