About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Paralegal to join the dynamic team at Sargent Law in Caloundra, Queensland. As a fulltime Commercial Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's commercial and corporate practice, assisting with a wide range of legal matters and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Commercial leasing, business sales, general commercial, wills and estates

Conducting legal research and analysis to support the provision of commercial advice

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents

Coordinating the completion of due diligence and other transactional processes

Providing administrative support to the commercial and corporate legal team

Collaborating with lawyers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks

Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with the firm's policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal, preferably in a commercial or corporate law environment

Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in the use of legal technology and software

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as required

Commitment to providing exceptional client service
