Full time Jr Sous Chef required for the The Keys Preston.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in fast paced, bistro cuisine.

The job description for our ideal Jr Sous Chef is as follows

  • Preparing and cooking menu items.
  • previous expierience in a similar role
  • Training and supervision of apprentices and less experienced staff.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
  • Understanding of OH&S and food hygiene requirements
  • Adhering to and maintaining of hygiene regulations.
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
  • Delegation of tasks to other team members.
  • Supervise chefs and assist as needed.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders.
