Fico is an award-winning, produce-driven restaurant in the heart of Hobart, known for its creative approach to Tasmanian ingredients. We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our close-knit, ambitious team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and love working with exceptional local produce, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

A motivated and detail-focused Sous Chef

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Michelin or hatted restaurant experience essential)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to run all sections of the kitchen

A genuine love for produce and creative cooking

A team player who uplifts others and leads by example
