2nd Chance - Last Successful Candidate fell through due to sickness

We require a happy, reliable and experienced P/T Medical Receptionist with excellent customer service to join our, busy, friendly, privately owned Medical Centre.

Required to start as soon as possible but willing to make an exception for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Admin /reception duties as required

Welcome, greet and arrive patients with a smile

Collect and enter new patient details

Answering phone calls and providing solutions to the patients queries

Confirming appointments

Billing, processing private accounts

Liaising with Clinical staff

Opening and Closing Duties

Scanning

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Medical Reception experience in a GP setting and computer literacy essential

Experience with Best Practice medical software essential

Attention to detail a must

Exceptional customer service and telephone manner

Demonstrate initiative, time management and the ability to work under pressure

The Practice is open 8.30 to 5.30 Mon to Fri and hours can range anywhere between these times, no weekend or afterhours work offering flexible hours. We are looking for the successful candidate to work between 18hrs - 27hrs per week with the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave on other days when needed.
