About the role

De Color Hair' is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our vibrant team in Oatlands, NSW. In this part-time role, you will provide essential support to our experienced stylists, ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival
• Assisting stylists with client consultations, hair washing, and other salon duties
• Maintaining a clean and organised salon environment
• Restocking product shelves and preparing workstations
• Processing client payments and managing the reception area
• Providing outstanding customer service to all clients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is preferred
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
