Our eyewear collection aims to inspire youthfulness and to embrace individuality, making every customer feel confident and empowered. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, and friendly permanent part time retail shop assistant to join our growing family at either Wentworth Point and/or Cabramatta. Optical experience is not essential as long as you are motivated to learn with our supportive team.

• Service- Provide quality and exceptional service for customers
• Positive attitude- passion and motivation are important qualities for working in our stores and dealing with customers
• Problem-solving
• Don’t worry if you are new to this industry, we will provide training to help and assist you growth

What we need from you:

• We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days a week or 20-26 hours/week.
• Multilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese) is a bonus however not essential
• Experience in a dealing with customers and can easily adapt to fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and excellent listening skills
• Highly motivated, positive, and friendly
• Strong people skills - you’re approachable and empathetic
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
