People and Culture Manager

We are seeking a passionate and proactive People and Culture Manager to join our dynamic Executive Leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

Culture Development: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values and strategic goals.

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and recognition schemes to ensure a motivated and healthy workforce.

Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Leadership & Coaching: Partner with leadership to provide guidance on people-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.

HR Strategy & Policy: Drive the HR strategy to align with business goals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming, diverse workplace.

About You:

Proven experience as a People and Culture Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.

Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organisation.

Ability to think strategically and execute people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving workplace culture.
