About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting day to day jobs in a timely manner. The Estimating Role is critical to support the whole team to ensure they achieve their sales targets.

The role of Estimating & Account Management is pivotal to the success of securing and producing work. The role includes liaising with our internal & external clients on day-to-day business, generation of quotations from specifications supplied, and being responsible for sourcing best price of raw materials, consumable parts and third-party services from outside suppliers.

In this great role you will be working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.

You are an effective communicator, someone who can advise and motivate others whilst being aware and responsive.

Enjoy detailed work within established systems, standards, and procedures.

Leadership focused on consistent, accurate, high-quality work.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that all quotes are completed accurately in a timely manner.

Ensure all quotes are built in the most economical way for production.

Build strong relationships with Design and Production team.

Work closely with the Sales team to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.

Sharing new knowledge and learnings with other team members; in addition, working collaboratively with other team members to meet clients' expectations.

Feeding back in an appropriate manner (and escalating where appropriate)

Manage costs and solutions for continuous improvement.

Ensure administrative systems, policies, procedures, and protocols are fully adhered to.

Ensure all activities comply with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

Skills & Experience you will need:

Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment

Providing advice to customers on products and processes based on a proven model.

Quoting and invoicing using Printsmith or similar Industry quoting system

Working knowledge of Adobe & Microsoft software

Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
