Ideally, you will have extensive experience in fashion retail - maybe even in management - but your operational skills will far exceed your passion for sales & selling. For success in this role you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about store and stockroom standards, and you will be able to manage high volume inventory from end to end: from the huge deliveries arriving almost daily, to the displays and VM, all the way to transferring and dispatching to other stores....

Skills & Experience...

  • Fashion experience is essential
  • A passion to delivering outstanding store and backroom standards...
  • Extensive knowledge implementing planograms and challenging floor layouts
  • Experience working high volume extremely advantageous...!
  • Great time management and communication skills
  • Deep understanding around managing shrinkage and stocktakes
  • Self-motivated, and you know how to inspire your team to help you achieve results!
  • Focused on learning, development and career progression
  • Confident coaching the team on the standards needed in your business!
