Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time Retail Store Manager to lead our team in the Double Bay boutique. As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand's image and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work with a stunning collection of jewellery and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering excellence.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a small team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product knowledge.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented, and displays are in line with the brand's luxury image.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and conduct regular stock checks.
Sales Management: Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Adherence to Brand Standards: Ensure that all staff adhere to the brand's standards and guidelines for customer service and brand image.
Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to the management team.
Compliance: Ensure the boutique operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
A passion for luxury jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
