We are continuing our expansion plan, and due to the high demand of referrals, we are seeking an experienced couples and relationship counsellor to work alongside our current full time counsellor.

This role will be 2-5 days per week.

You will be joining a practice comprising 12 clinicians, including senior clinical psychologists, clinical psychology registrars and psychologists, as well as an exceptional admin team, including a practice manager.

There is scope to support a counsellor who offers different evidence based treatment modalities, and who delights in working with couples, families, and individuals.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for a counsellor to provide high-quality, evidence based interventions to couples and/or families and/or individuals.

The role would suit someone who values a high level of communication and organisation, and someone who prides themselves on providing quality clinical care. Ideally you would be available to work after hours at least one day per week and/or Saturdays. There is flexibility with days and hours, and consulting after hours or Saturday brings with it collegial support and a team environment, administrative support and a secure workplace.

Essential criteria

· PACFA registration

· At least 3 years clinical experience

· Commitment to ongoing CPD

· Excellent written and oral communication, and record keeping skills

· Warm and personable approach
