💼 The Role

As a Key Worker, you’ll:

Deliver early intervention services to children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Empower families and communities to support each child’s growth and inclusion.

Collaborate with a passionate team using the “Team Around the Child” approach.

Start Date: Immediate for right candidate
Type: Part-time (3 days per week with potential to grow to full-time)

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

Passionate about early childhood development

Skilled in working with families and communities

A confident communicator and collaborator

Ready to work independently and as part of a team

Must-haves:

Degree in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred)

QLD Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s license & reliable vehicle

First Aid Certificate (preferred)
