Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple residential care properties
Supervise and mentor House Managers and frontline leadership staff
Manage staff rostering, workforce planning, and ensure adequate coverage
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and drive staff retention strategies
Be available for out-of-hours escalation and incident management on a shared on-call basis
Monitor property safety and maintenance, ensuring all residential homes meet compliance, safety, and comfort standards
Ensure alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and all legislative requirements
Implement and monitor staff training programs in areas such as behaviour support, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including families, Department of Communities, and allied professionals
Support strategic projects including business growth and service expansion
About You
You’re a confident and ethical leader with strong emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of the realities of working in high-pressure, high-impact environments.
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
Experience supporting children and young people with disabilities, trauma, or behavioural complexities
Supervisory experience in child protection, residential care, or disability support environments
A solid understanding of property compliance and safety regulations in care settings

High-level interpersonal and communication skills
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to be on-call outside standard hours
WWCC, National Police Clearance, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
What We Offer
A collaborative team environment with values at the core
A high-impact leadership role where you can directly shape the future of therapeutic care
Flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something meaningful
A salary package negotiated based on experience
