Predictive Recruitment Partners has been engaged by Cognilab Learning Pty Ltd to find an exceptionally talented and highly organised Clinical Operations Manager, who has a strong foundation in Applied Behaviour Analysis and or Precision Teaching, to oversee the growth and development of its team and ensure program excellence.

About the role
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Operations Manager role is a newly established position. Its purpose is to oversee and manage the operational and clinical functions of Cognilab. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of programs for typically developing students as well as students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
The role is responsible for managing the team of learning coaches and other staff, maintaining program quality, and driving growth to support organisational goals, while evoking a passion for the Science of Human Behaviour in the team.
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, it will see you:
- Developing, supervising and implementing ABA and Precision Teaching programs tailored to individual learner needs
- Ensuring the accurate collection of data
- Analysing and monitoring progress to maintain program fidelity and achieve fluency and mastery goals
- Collaborating with schools and parents to communicate outcomes of intervention
- Leading, training, evaluating, and providing mentorship to a team of therapists and interns
- Coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage of student sessions
- Identifying opportunities to grow enrolments
- Overseeing daily operations and maintaining quality control measures
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and relevant regulations
This is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate and highly experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has vast experience in implementing programs with a wide variety of learners.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- A minimum of 5 years’ training/experience in ABA and, or Precision Teaching
- Advanced training in behaviour analysis
- Master’s degree (M.A or M.S) or equivalent; and/or four to six years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst accreditation
You will also be highly regarded if you can demonstrate:
- some fluency with: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, MAC OS (including mobile versions), Zoom, Quizlet, Dropbox, PDF Expert, video capture software, Trello, network hardware and software, scheduling software
- an ability to project training outcomes and use standard celebration charts to measure learner, staff and organisational performances.
