Onsite Supply + Design works exclusively with the interior design and architectural community on many of Australia’s most beautiful projects. We are a premium importer, distributor and supplier of artisan handmade ceramics, natural stones and bespoke tiles and are renowned for the unique products we present to the market.

The Position
This role is key in the overall client experience and we are looking for a dynamic individual to become a central member of our business and valued member of the team.
Resposabilities
Working with and supporting the Sales & Design Team to co-ordinate, manage and ensure the successful fulfillment of orders.
Processing orders accurately & efficiently from our Sydney warehouse and/or ordering from local and international suppliers.
Managing and being responsible for the logistics process from beginning to end for local and interstate transport.
Communicating with our local and international factories and quarries.
Monitoring international shipping and updating the Sales & Design Team by liaising with our freight forwarders.
Managing all warehouse stock including monthly stock analysis and cross-referencing warehouse costs
Refine & maintain all systems and processes to increase productivity, reduce any inefficiencies and always ensure the smooth running of the showroom and office
Assist the Sales & Design Team with coordinating training events and helping provide our clients with professional, efficient service and support.
About You
You are organised, detail-focused, and take real ownership of what you do. You bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team and thrive in a space where clear communication, initiative, and getting things right really matter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in a Sales Support & Administration role, preferably in the design/construction industry.
Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying and resolving issues effectively and efficiently once they arise and creating thoughtful solutions to improve processes.
Strong working knowledge of MYOB, Microsoft Suite and in particular Excel & Word.
Outstanding organisational skills backed by a good dose of common sense and humour.
Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a keen eye for detail.
A passion for architecture, interior design and high-end finishes would be a great advantage.
Website, social media and IT knowledge is also an advantage
Salary
A remuneration package comprising of salary plus superannuation will reflect your experience and suitability to the position.
