We are a Vodafone business Centre Located in North Shore,
we are predominately a sales business dealing with corporate clients for sales and support of there account.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Customer Support Admin located in North Shore NSW. The Sales Support Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing sales operations tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service queries, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks will include processing orders, customer services enquires, sales reporting.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telecommunications Optus/Vodafone is a huge PLUS
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of sales operations and related processes
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
