Role: Receptionist

Location: Bundall, QLD 4217

Salary: $60k - $70k depending on experience

Duties List

The responsibilities of this role include a wide array of tasks, such as:

Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and genuine care.

Manage appointment schedules with precision and attention to detail.

Support the firm's daily operations by collaborating with the bookkeepers, accountants and partners.

Handling general office administration duties, such as mail collection, scanning, office supplies, and records management.

Onboarding new clients and entities.

Assisting with ATO-related tasks, including client administration, correspondence, and communication.

Oversee compliance of document management policies, procedures and systems.

Preparing ASIC annual statements for client companies, including onboarding forms and ad hoc work.

Team Collaboration & Learning

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our referral network of lawyers, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and bookkeepers.
