Located in the Sydney CBD, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services from all our national offices. We are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist.

The Role:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy law firm. This full-time position involves managing phone calls and handling general administrative tasks to support our team.

About You:

• Prior experience as a receptionist in a law firm is preferred
• Experience in a medical practice is a plus but not essential
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Leap, and Excel
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
