About the Role: We’re searching for a dynamic Salon Manager or Coordinator to join our team at Organika Carlton. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring that both clients and staff have the best possible experience. Your organizational skills, leadership, and passion for the beauty industry will help us maintain our high standards while growing as a business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including appointment scheduling, client services, and staff coordination.

Drive client satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a positive workplace where creativity thrives.

Monitor stock levels, order products, and ensure the salon is fully equipped.

Take charge of sales targets, promotions, and upselling, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.

Handle administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a management or coordinator role, ideally within the beauty sector.

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and nurture a creative team.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and attention to detail.

Experience managing salon operations, client bookings, and staff scheduling is a plus.

A focus on customer service excellence and the ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.

Passion for the hair and beauty industry, with an interest in sustainable and eco-friendly products.
