Our client are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer who's ready to step up and make a real impact in the role. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in an advisor support role, eager to take on more responsibilities in a client-focused capacity. You will have the support of a team that bring a high level of technical expertise to the role, working collaboratively to ensure best outcomes for clients. With a range of clients and duties undertaken in your role, this role will continuously develop your skills and keep you engaged.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clients
• Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties
• Facilitation of client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing, proactively following up on applications and documentation
• Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds
• Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail

We are looking for someone with:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Client Service Office supporting Financial Planners
• Client focused with aims to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients
• Outstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to learn with a growth mindset towards their development
• A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit team
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
